Linda Yu
Linda, an experienced yoga instructor with over 15 years of
teaching, brings a dynamic and explorative approach to her
classes. Linda’s yoga teaching style encourages students to explore
the “edges” of their yoga practice using body awareness and
alignment principles. Grounded in Baptiste Power Yoga principles
and holding a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200 certification, Linda's
teachings extend to ashtanga poses and dance-based alignment
principles.
With a playful spirit, she embeds individual challenges
for students, fostering growth and deepening their practice. Linda,
a certified NASM Personal Trainer and AFAA Group Fitness
Instructor, has clocked over 2000 teaching hours and is a
Continuing Education provider for Yoga Alliance.
