Bree Pedersen

Briianne (Bree), a devoted yogi for over a decade, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Salty Soul Sanctuary. Her journey in yoga is complemented by her studies in health and nutrition, leading to her first 300hr certification in 2018, followed by a 200hr certification in 2023. Bree attributes yoga as a life-saving and healing practice, aiding in overcoming various human adversities, fueling her love for the Eight Limbs of Yoga and her ongoing journey as both a student and teacher. 

 

Bree’s expertise spans a range of Yoga Asanas, including Therapeutic Hatha, Restorative, Iyengar, Bikram, Vinyasa, and Kundalini Yoga. Her classes at our sanctuary artfully blend the fluidity of Vinyasa flow with the focused precision of Therapeutic Hatha. She skillfully themes her sequences around the Chakras, integrating these concepts into her teaching, along with elements of her Ayurveda studies. Known for her carefully curated playlists, Bree created an immersive experience that complements the class flow, making each session a harmonious journey of discovery and wellness.
