​Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Salty Soul Sanctuary website, mobile application, purchasing memberships, class packages, workshops, events, private sessions, retail products, or participating in any services offered by Salty Soul Sanctuary ("SSS," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, using our mobile application, creating an account, making a purchase, registering for a class, workshop, event, or private session, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website, app, or services.

ELIGIBILITY

Salty Soul Sanctuary welcomes participants under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete your registration, agree to all applicable waivers and policies, and assume responsibility for your participation in our services. By creating an account, registering for services, or participating in any offering, you represent that you are either (a) at least 18 years old, or (b) have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

You agree to notify Salty Soul Sanctuary immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, including misrepresentation of age or authority to enter into agreements on behalf of a minor, or are used in a fraudulent manner

SERVICES PROVIDED

Salty Soul Sanctuary provides wellness, fitness, movement, mindfulness, educational, and community-based services and experiences. Services may be offered in-person, online, through our website or mobile application, at third-party locations, or through other platforms utilized by Salty Soul Sanctuary.

Our offerings may include, but are not limited to, classes, memberships, workshops, trainings, events, private sessions, wellness experiences, retail products, digital content, and other related services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, add, or remove services, programs, schedules, instructors, pricing, locations, or offerings at any time without prior notice.

BOOKING, CANCELLATION, AND NO-SHOW POLICIES

All purchases are subject to the policies published on our website, mobile application, membership agreements, private session agreements, and service-specific agreements, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all purchases are final sale. Class credits, class packages, memberships, workshops, events, private sessions, and other services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused classes, memberships, packages, credits, promotional offers, guest passes, and services have no cash value. Expiration dates apply where applicable, and all schedules, instructors, classes, events, and offerings are subject to change without notice.

Clients are responsible for monitoring and managing the expiration dates associated with class packages, memberships, promotions, and account credits.

Memberships may be canceled at any time after any applicable initial commitment term has been fulfilled. No prorated refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be provided for canceled memberships. Clients are responsible for monitoring membership renewal and billing dates. Memberships may be canceled through the Salty Soul Sanctuary mobile application or by contacting the studio via phone or email.

Retail merchandise may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase for a full refund or within thirty (30) days of purchase for studio credit. Returned merchandise must be unused, in new condition, and include all original tags and packaging. No returns will be accepted after thirty (30) days. All intimate apparel, personal care items, sale items, and other designated final-sale merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange.

Additional cancellation deadlines, no-show policies, late cancellation fees, membership terms, expiration periods, and private session policies may apply and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

MEMBERSHIPS AND AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Salty Soul Sanctuary to automatically charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring membership dues, fees, taxes, and any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees.

Memberships remain subject to the specific membership agreement in effect at the time of purchase.

Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.

HEALTH AND FITNESS DISCLAIMER

Participation in any fitness, wellness, movement, mindfulness, educational, recreational, or related activity offered by Salty Soul Sanctuary involves inherent risks and may require physical exertion.

By participating in any Salty Soul Sanctuary service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are voluntarily participating at your own risk.

  • You understand the physical nature of these activities.

  • You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program.

  • You will immediately stop participation if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, illness, or any other concerning symptoms.

  • You assume full responsibility for your health and wellbeing.

Salty Soul Sanctuary, its owners, instructors, contractors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Participation in fitness and wellness activities carries inherent risks including, but not limited to:

Falls, Muscle strains, Sprains, Physical injury, Illness, Allergic reactions, Property damage, Serious injury, Death

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any Salty Soul Sanctuary activity.

You release, waive, and discharge Salty Soul Sanctuary, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, landlords, volunteers, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation except where prohibited by applicable law.

WEBSITE AND APP USE

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or app for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.

  • Interfere with the operation of the website or app.

  • Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or collect content.

  • Impersonate another person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on our website, app, social media channels, emails, videos, photographs, graphics, logos, class descriptions, written content, trademarks, and branding materials are the exclusive property of Salty Soul Sanctuary or its licensors.

RECORDING POLICY

To protect the privacy of our clients and instructors, photography, video recording, audio recording, livestreaming, or broadcasting of classes, workshops, events, or private sessions is prohibited without prior permission from Salty Soul Sanctuary.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, comments, or other content to us, you grant Salty Soul Sanctuary a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, publish, reproduce, and distribute such content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, cancel memberships, remove content, or terminate access to our website, app, classes, events, workshops, or services at our sole discretion if:

  • Payment obligations are not met;

  • Behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate;

  • Conduct negatively impacts staff, instructors, contractors, clients, or the community.

Termination may occur without refund.
