Diane O'Hagan

Diane, 200hr YT, an avid runner, retired gymnast, and yoga enthusiast at Salty Soul Sanctuary, combines over 20 years yoga practice with ehr experience in athletics and marathon training. Diane integrates her understanding of body alignment and disciplined focus into her yoga teaching. Diane believes yoga is a holistic practice involving breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness, far beyond just physical postures. She is excited to share her passion for yoga, encouraging her students to find peace, resilience, and a deeper connection with themselves and nature in every class.
